For our first drop, shipping is available exclusively to Mexico and the United States.
At this time, we do not ship to other regions.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase confirmation.
During high-demand release periods, processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Method

All MMC STUDIOS orders are shipped via DHL Express to ensure fast, secure, and reliable delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment in real time.

Shipping Time

  • Mexico: 2–4 business days

  • United States: 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

  • United States: USD $0

All orders include complimentary DHL Express shipping and applicable taxes.
No additional charges will be required upon delivery.

Delays

While MMC STUDIOS works exclusively with DHL Express to ensure reliable delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. However, if any issue arises during transit, our team will gladly assist you in resolving it.

Final Sale Policy

All MMC STUDIOS products are released in limited quantities and produced exclusively for each drop.

Due to the limited nature of our releases, all sales are considered final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of preference.

We strongly encourage customers to review our Size Guide carefully before completing their purchase to ensure the correct fit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
